WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN PUTTING TOGETHER A HOLIDAY SHOPPING LISTPosted November 15 2012
Yes, first make the list.
Then engage in smart shopping
Come up with a budget or at least a general idea of what you are going to spend in total.
It can be a really large amount, moderate or whatever you decide. Make the decision before you begin the process.
We do business with a large entertainment company that works backwards.
They chose the gift they want, see how much it costs in total and than make out their list. Everyone is not included, but they stay within their gifting budget.
Many of our clients have different price tiers - the A B and C list.
The moral of the story is - Large Corporations have lots of money but wisely use a budget when gifting.
Your kids and immediate family are on the A list, close friends on the B list and there's lots of C's.
