FAQS Are you the same gift basket company that I saw on Oprah, the company that gives gifts to the stars? One and the same, but just because we've done gifts for Julia, Brad, Harrison and Drew, doesn't mean we only do celebrity gifts, we'd love to give you the "treatment." Can I just order one gift? You can order a hundred gifts or just one. It's up to you. Can you handle shipping worldwide? Morocco, Czech Republic, you tell us where and we'll tell you when it's going to arrive. Can I get a package to London or Paris the next day? It's expensive and we prefer not seeing our clients spending a fortune on shipping, but it's totally doable. Do you have branch offices in other cities? No, but we can ship for delivery the following day. Can I send multiple gifts to several different locations? To send multiple gifts you'll have to call or fax us the information. 800 444 9050 or 818 781 9230. Just give us the addresses - local, national or international - and the gifts will be on their way. Can I make the gift card as long as I like? No need to condense thoughts and abbreviate words, you can make your gift card as long as you like. Can I use my own shipping number? Enjoy the convenience of using your own FedEx, UPS, Airborne or favorite carrier's number. We ship using 3rd party whenever it's convenient for our clients. Can I choose the specific container that my gift will come in? Just ask us. Are there other gifts that I don't see on your web site or in your catalog? Absolutely, just give us a call. Do you gift-wrap? Yes. How long does it take to create a personalized gift? Sometimes only a few minutes, it depends on how complex it is. We've had some real challenges, but most times we are able to offer a solution within a short period of time. Can I include my own items? Tell us the items you want to include, send them over and we'll incorporate them into your personalized gift. Corporate branded items, a piece of jewelry, brochure, photograph to be put in a frame. Use your imagination; it might give you or your company that special touch you're looking for. My husband's mother has everything. Can you give me ideas of what to give her? When you place an order with us we are prepared to spend time helping you order the perfect gift. Do you monogram, emboss or engrave merchandise? We'll monogram bathrobes, baby blankets, baseball caps, shirts; emboss leather; or engrave, etch and decal items for that personalized touch. Can you do large corporate orders? We handle many large corporate orders for launch parties, retreats, golf tournaments, conventions, promotions, press releases and corporate Christmas gift giving. Can I do my Christmas shopping in August? You can do your Christmas shopping with us whenever it's convenient for you. Avoiding the holiday rush will give us more time to see that your needs are fulfilled. How quickly can my gift be sent out? Depending on the of number packages, and customization most times if you call prior to noon, we can deliver or ship the same day. |
